Overview
You can see the tank for free from the mall floor, and plenty of people do — but the ticket puts you inside the 48-metre tunnel with rays passing over your head and sand tiger sharks working the glass. Upstairs, the Underwater Zoo runs through rainforest, rocky shore and living ocean zones, which is where the otters and the five-metre crocodile live. It is fully indoors and central, which makes it the reliable option for a hot afternoon or a family that has run out of patience.
